GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (Nov. 3, 2014) -- U.S. Army Maj. Nathan Saul, regional operations officer, Plans and Strategy Division at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, shares information about the Combined Federal Campaign during the U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria - Garmisch Community's Spooktacular Halloween event here Oct. 31. Saul, CFC representative for the Marshall Center, was handing out candy, cookies and hot chocolate while spreading the news about CFC. This campaign affords federal employees the opportunity to donate to charitable organizations. This year's campaign has been extended to Nov. 21.
