By Col. Ron Stephens Commander, WAMC

"Relay Health" is a new Army medicine secure messaging service. This system enables you and our providers to communicate with each other via Internet-based applications such as e-mail. Providers and staff can offer patients improved access and service, send patient lab results electronically, conduct online Web visit and push reminders and alerts. We encourage you to sign up for secure messaging, fill out a request while you're in your clinic so we can verify your identity and demographic information. You will then receive an online invitation to enroll in our secure messaging service.

Also, please use our on-line, patient appointment process through TRICAREONLINE (www.tricareonline.com). This website offers real-time appointment booking and cancellation and/or re-scheduling. TRICARE has improved their online system by providing lab results and listing your medications. By streamlining our appointment process in the next year, we want to improve your appointment availability and our call center efficiency. The new process is designed to fit your healthcare needs with your primary care manager.
