Jay Stephens, Pyrotechnics Branch Chief with Close Combat Systems, Matt Butler, Deputy Project Manager with PMCCS, and James Reinhold, Deputy Project Director, Combat Munitions with PMCCS visited Pine Bluff Arsenal Aug. 19.
