The new 1st Engineer Brigade Commander, Col. Heather Warden did a walkthrough of the battalions within her new command for briefs on day-to-day activities. Battalions under Warden's new command are 31st Engineer Battalion, 35th Engineer Battalion, 169th Engineer Battalion and the 554th Engineer Battalion.
During these briefs the command team introduced its personnel, went through what an average day looks like for their units during training activities and operations and then ended the morning with a walkthrough of the individual battalion staff sections and then to the company barracks to see how the trainees live and train.
