Quantock visited the United States Marshal Service's (USMS) HQ, Crystal City, VA. on 27 June 2014, to meet Deputy Director David Harlow (center) and present awards and certificates to USMS Deputies and Diplomatic Security Service Investigators for their assistance with investigations and captures of several of the Army's most wanted fugitives.
