ARLINGTON, Va. (June 30, 2014) -- Lt. Gen. Hernando Iriberri, Commanding General of the Philippine Army, participated in an Army Full Honors Wreath Laying ceremony with Maj. Gen Jeffery S. Buchanan, U.S. Army Military District of Washington commanding general, and Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ray Odierno at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery.
Following the wreath laying ceremony Iriberri watched the Changing of the Guard ceremony and later met with Odierno to discuss matters of mutual interest to both nations.
