ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. -- After three days of grueling completion, the four Soldiers participating in the U.S. Army Sustainment Command 2014 Best Warrior Competition will learn the results of their efforts at an awards breakfast this morning.
The two winners -- NCO of the Year and Soldier of the Year -- will advance to the next level of competition conducted by the U.S. Army Materiel Command, ASC's higher headquarters. Rock Island Arsenal will be the site of the AMC competition, which takes place July 28-31. Winners at the AMC level will go on to compete at the Army-wide Best Warrior Competition, scheduled for October.
