USARAF-hosted Exercise Western Accord 14 kicks-off in Senegal

Staff Sgt. Justin Vance, Pfc. Raul Yang and Pfc. Desi Montgomery, infantry Soldiers with 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, talk with Senegalese Soldiers while on guard at the Ammunition Holding Area. The Soldiers are participating in Exercise Western Accord 14 in Senegal, Africa. Exercise Western Accord is a partnership exercise between the United States, Senegal, France, Netherlands and other partner nations, which is designed to increase interoperability between military forces and ensure the common ability to conduct peace operations throughout western Africa.
