Dr. Rosenie Thelus, Ph.D., MPH, is an epidemiologist in the Office of the Surgeon General, Army Pharmacovigilance Center. She has served in her current position since 2011.
Category III: Terry Stansberry, OneStaff, MEDCOM G-8
Terry Stansberry is chief of the Accounting Operations Branch at U.S. Army Medical Command, Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Resource Management, Finance & Accounting Division. Stansberry has been with MEDCOM since 2004 and has served in her current position since 2006.
