TRADOC NCO, Soldier of Year with Trophies

Sgt. 1st Class Eisch is a Reserve Officer Training Corps instructor from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, and Spc. Horner is an infantryman from Fort Benning, Ga. They will represent TRADOC at the Army NCO and Soldier of the Year "Best Warrior" competition this fall at Fort Lee, Va., and Washington, D.C.
