ARLINGTON, Va. (April 28, 2014) -- Mike Duke, former Wal-Mart CEO; Dr. Barbara Van Dahlen, Give an Hour Program founder; Cheryl Jensen, Vail Veterans Program founder and executive director and spouse Bill paid their respects during an Armed Forces Full Honors Wreath Laying ceremony escorted by Maj. Gen. Jeffrey S. Buchanan, Joint Force Headquarters-National Capital Region/U.S. Army Military District of Washington commanding general, at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery.

Dahlen, Duke and Jensen were presented the Outstanding Civilian Service Award by Gen. Raymond T. Odierno, 38th Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, for their exceptional service in support of the U.S. Army later in the day at a special Twilight Tattoo called Salute from the Chief.

They also were afforded the opportunity to see the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown and were given details of the day-to-day working schedule at the site by Sgt. Patrick M. Leamy, 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) tomb sentinel.
