FORT BENNING, Ga., (April 16, 2014) -- Finally, the blooming of these world-famous azaleas has arrived. Don't miss this amazing display of color that happens only a brief time each year. Both the Overlook Azalea Garden and the Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl are at peak bloom for this weekend and into to near future. In addition, dogwoods, redbuds, red buckeye, spring wildflowers and more are in bloom, too. The native azaleas will be very impressive as well.

For a glance at what they look like, visit the Azalea Watch at www.callawaygardens.com/azaleawatch or visit the Callaway Gardens Facebook Fan Page.

Callaway Gardens will also host a Masters Water Ski and Wakeboard Tournament May 23-25. Activities will also include food, children zones, live music and more.
