What is your job title? Human Resources Advisor

Describe your job.

I am a Human Resources Advisor for the Joint supervisors and employees of JFHQ-NCR. I am responsible for providing technical advice and support for all staff levels. I also advise and consult on specific and potential problem areas.

What do you like best about your job?

I enjoy helping others to accomplish their goal. It feels great and very rewarding when you have been able to meet the needs of someone. I have been in HR for a while; I started as a student in one of the DoD programs.

What is your most memorable experience during your time here at JFHQ-NCR/MDW?

My most memorable experience would be my New Comers Orientation. I really enjoyed the Honor Guard and the Retirement Ceremony we were able to see on that day.

Would you recommend working here to other federal employees?

I would highly recommend to anyone to join the JFHQ-NCR team. There are a lot of great people to work with.

Why is JFHQ-NCR/MDW unique?

The people! I am a people person; I encounter a lot of faces and personalities.
