FORT LEE, Va. -- The Combined Arms Support Command welcomed Lt. Gen. William T. Grisoli, Director of the Army Staff, for a visit to the Quartermaster School's Joint Culinary Center of Excellence March 10.
This visit provided him an opportunity to learn about the joint food service training program and credentialing opportunities available for service members. Grisoli toured both the JCCoE school house and the Military Culinary Arts Competitive Training Event.
This joint service training event brings service members from around the globe to train in advanced food service preparation and provides an opportunity to earn American Culinary Federation credentials.
