Directorate of Public Works (DPW)
To support and enhance the quality of life of our soldiers, their families, tenant units and employees in USAG Humphreys and Area III, through exceptional facility management, housing and environmental support. Provide a safe working and living environment.
Business Operation and Integration Division (BO&I)
Receives facility, real property work requests (Demand Maintenance Orders and Facility Engineer Work Request (DA 4283) at Work Reception Desk located at Bldg. 6140, 1st Floor, telephone DSN 756-6068. Schedules all O&M work and sends customers' work requests to the O&M shops for execution.
Engineering Division
Provides engineering and design services; performs contract inspection and contract administration for minor construction, maintenance, repair projects and contracted services. Processes construction work permits and provides site release. Conducts pre-final and final inspections for new facilities; instrumental in facility acceptance and transfer to the Garrison.
Environmental Division
Provides support to all of the Area III community by maintaining an environmental program that sustains the Army mission and secures the future. Assists the garrison leadership in making informed and responsible decisions required to improve and sustain installation environmental compliance and stewardship and preserves the Korean lands entrusted to the U.S. Forces.
Housing Division
Provides quality housing facilities with the highest level of customer service. The Housing Office is located in the One-Stop Building (Bldg. 6400) on the 3rd Floor and is your point of contact for all housing related matters.

Master Planning Division
Develops, maintains and executes the real property master plan to build enduring, sustainable and safe communities that fully support the future missions and aspirations of USAG Humphreys while providing and maintaining the capability to train, project, sustain and support the current force structure. Primary functions include development of the real property master plan, management of the military construction program and execution of facility construction projects, management of all real property assets and maintenance of the graphic information system (GIS).
Operations and Maintenance Division
The primary mission of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Division is maintenance and repair of Real Property. O&M consists of the following shops: Carpenter, Metal, Paint, Roads & Grounds, Pest Control, Motor Pool, Self-Help Store, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and water plant. Questions concerning O&M capabilities should be referred to the O&M Division Chief at 756-1614.
