New York City hosted the 94th annual Veterans Day Parade on Nov. 11, 2013. Gen. Ray Odierno, the Army chief of staff, served as an honorary grand marshal in the parade, with the Army as the featured service. Retired Gen. Ann E. Dunwoody, the military's first four-star female general, served as the parade's grand marshal. A theme of the this year's parade: "Women in Service."
