The Quartermaster School's Logistics Training Department, in partnership with the Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) at Fort Lee, Va., has launched a Property Accountability (PA) and Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) Knowledge Center on the Sustainment Knowledge Network. The knowledge center, accessible by logging into Army Knowledge Online at https://ako.us.army.mil/suite/page/670916, is a virtual one-stop location that provides the training and tools needed to invigorate a culture of stewardship throughout our formations.

A task force was assembled to assess PA issues with the goal of providing Army leadership with a comprehensive review of definitions, policies, relationships, and systems impacting Army property accountability, with recommended substantive actions to fix property accountability friction points. One of the shortcomings identified by the task force was the lack of a centralized "one stop" location for PA and CSDP training and tools for leaders at all levels.

The PA-CSDP Knowledge Center provides a user-friendly, single location to find the latest on PA and CSDP regulations and publications, training and mentorship, videos, best practices, lessons learned, and questions, comments, and discussions generated by Department of Defense Civilians, contractors, and Soldiers in every component.

The center provides:

a. Certificate producing supply training

b. Most current CSDP and PA regulations and publications

c. A virtual library to contribute briefings, standard operating procedures, and other materials to be assessed/shared by Quartermaster School subject matter experts.

d. Access to external logistics information sources such as Logistics Information Warehouse, the Logistics Support Activity, and Federal Logistics Data, the 92Y Android application, and the Enterprise Policy and Process Interactive Capability.

e. Entry points to engage in CSDP and PA questions, comments, and discussions within the Sustainment Knowledge Network through milBook.

If you have a question, the "Ask the Expert" button is available in the middle of the page, and experts are standing by waiting to assist you. You can also provide feedback on the portal by selecting the "feedback" icon. Information is continually updated on the site based on the feedback provided.
