REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala. -- U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command employees bid farewell to a familiar face.

Sgt. 1st Class James F. Epps retired Aug. 9 in a cermony at the command's Redstone Arsenal headquarters. Epps served as the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response Prevention program manager for the command, and before that he was the equal opportunity advisor.

During the cermony, Epps received the Meritorious Service Medal, a certificate of appreciation, a three-star note, an American flag, and a certificate of retirement and pin.

Epps retires with 20 years of service.
