A war hero receives his awards nearly 70 years later

Many military families have scrapbooks that showcase their loved one service, the places they were stationed, and the memories of being a military family. But amongst the pages of one scrapbook, a daughter's dedication to those memories honored her father in a remarkable way. Sarah Tate explains….
