Command Sgt. Maj. Daniel Dailey, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command's senior enlisted adviser, and other Army leaders participated in activities in Philadelphia to celebrate Flag Day and the Army's 238th Birthday. Dailey served as a panel member discussing The Army Profession, which builds trust with the American people and consistently demonstrates military expertise, honorable service, esprit de corps, and effective stewardship. He also spoke with future soldiers who will soon enter the service, and participated in the ceremonial cutting of the Army Birthday cake.
