ASC celebrates Army's 238th birthday

Staff Sgt. Gene Lucas, Army Sustainment Command chaplain's assistant, Maj. Gen. John Wharton, commanding general of ASC and commanding general of Rock Island Arsenal, Ill., and Command Sgt. Maj. James Spencer, ASC, cut the cake to celebrate the Army's 238th birthday during the Quad Cities Military Salute Gala held in Bettendorf, Iowa, on June 15.
