Chaplain (Brigadier General) Ray Bailey, U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Chaplains, took live calls from chaplains in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel during an hour-long "Dial the Deputy" teleconference session on Thursday, May 16th. The telephonic call-in from his Pentagon office gave Chaplain Bailey the opportunity to address questions and concerns posed by chaplains from across the Army Chaplain Corps.
