210th Fires Brigade conducts Steel Zenith Field Training Exercise

PAJU, South Korea " Sgt. Hector Lespier, from Fort Hood, Texas, assigned to A Battery, 1st Battalion, 38th Field Artillery Regiment, 210th Fires Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, monitors decontamination of his fellow Soldier with the joint chemical agent detector to determine whether he can take the mask off during the decontamination training at Saint Barbara's Training Area in Paju, South Korea, May 13 " 17, 2013. This event will allow 1st Bn., 38th FA and 23rd Chemical Bn. Soldiers to train with the Republic of Korea Army 9th Division, 26th Regiment, and test their systems and capabilities together to increase their preparedness to respond to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats.  The training is designed to increase readiness to defend the ROK, protect the region, and maintain stability on the Korean peninsula. (U. S. Army photo by Cpl.
