PRESIDIO OF MONTEREY, Calif. - Presidio of Monterey Police Officers apprehended a wanted fugitive in the Ord Military Community in Seaside May 6.
Isaac Lonzo Alexander, who was wanted for a parole violation and fleeing officers, was caught "coming out of the woodline" in the housing area of the Presidio of Monterey's Ord Military Community on the former Fort Ord, according to acting-Chief of Police John Chaffee.
POM Police were given a tip that Alexander was in the area, Chaffee said, adding that Alexander was found with a small amount of marijuana on him.
Alexander was wanted on a warrant by Seaside Police and was turned over to Monterey County Sheriff's Office May 6.
