Fort Sam Houston joins San Antonio community for Battle of Flowers

SAN ANTONIO " Lt. Gen. William Caldwell IV waves to the crowd as his wife, Stephanie, shows off her combat boots in front of the Alamo during the annual Battle of Flowers Parade April 26.
