SAN ANTONIO " Larry Benson, who serves as El Rey Feo LXV for Fiesta 2013, speaks to the people shortly after being presented his crown by Richard Ojeda, who served as El Rey Feo LXIV, at the San Fernando Cathedral downtown April 19. Music and fanfare of all types preceded the event, to include folklorico dancers and live mariachi music. The crowning is the annual appointment of "The People's King" and is one of many official Fiesta San Antonio events.
