INSCOM welcomes Secretary of the Army

Secretary of the Army John McHugh is greeted by Command Sgt. Maj. Panapa Willis, command sergeant major, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, and Maj. Gen. Stephen G. Fogarty, INSCOM's commanding general, at the command's headquarters on Fort Belvoir, Va., April 18. During his visit, McHugh received a detailed briefing on the organization of the command and lines of effort in support of INTEL 2020, as well as an intelligence capabilities demonstration from the INSCOM Futures Directorate.
