Sioux Falls, S.D. native Col. Tobin L. Green, brigade commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. James Norman, command sergeant major and native of Compton, Calif., both from the 1st "Ironhorse" Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, conducted a raffle in celebration of the Army's birthday at the Ironhorse Dining Facility on June 12.
