Gary Martin, U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command deputy to the commanding general, welcomes attendees at the kickoff session of the Senior Leadership Cohort 5 April 3 at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The Cohort is an 11 month training program targeted at the GS 14 grade level and higher. The program is designed to prepare future APG leaders in cultivating a self sustaining and collaborative leadership environment.
