ARLINGTON, Va. (April 3, 2013) -- Under Secretary of the Army Joseph W. Westphal and Vice Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. John F. Campbell participated in key discussions regarding the fiscal environment with Gen. Frank J. Grass, chief of the National Guard Bureau, and Lt. Gen. William E. Ingram Jr., director of the Army National Guard, at the Army National Guard Readiness Center in Arlington, Va.
The Army National Guard Readiness Center performs operational and technical functions to ensure combat readiness of Army National Guard units and is a channel of communication between the National Guard Bureau and all states, territories and the District of Columbia on Army National Guard operational activities.
