In 110 degree temperatures, Soldiers from the 311th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) and ITT, Inc., workers team up to load a 'Kalmar' RT-240, Rough Terrain Container Handler for transport to Iraq, June 8, 2008, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. RT-240s are replacing older model RTCH's as a part of the U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command program to "pure fleet" the force with the newer item of materiel handling equipment.

Donald Mayer, during the battalion change of command ceremony, June 10, 2008, at Bagram Airfield Afghanistan.  Outgoing commander, Lt. Col. Iraj Gharagouzloo, and battalion noncommissioned officer-in-charge, Sgt. Maj. Doris Dudley-Ewing look on.
