Garret Shoemaker, director of the Communications-Electronics Command Software Engineering Center, speaks at the CECOM Town Hall July 29, 2025 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md--The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command recently announced that A.I. Flow is available to the entire CECOM workforce. A.I. Flow is an artificial intelligence application built and managed by a team within the CECOM Software Engineering Center. The agentic service provides users with tailored AI solutions to fit specific needs and missions. At a town hall in late July, Maj. Gen. James D. Turinetti IV, CECOM commanding general, highlighted A.I. Flow and the expansion to the CECOM workforce. Shortly before Turinetti spoke, the team behind A.I. Flow provided a demonstration for the town hall audience, showcasing A.I. Flow’s capabilities and user-friendly interface.

Access to A.I. Flow was limited to certain Army organizations and groups within CECOM, but as the team has improved processes and prepared for growth in its user base, all military, civilians, and contractors in CECOM can now leverage the technology. A.I. Flow improves efficiency, enables teams to collaborate and allows users to upload documents securely. CECOM teammates who wish to access A.I. Flow should click here (Common Access Card required).
