- Download the 9x16 version of the graphic in the Army Birthday tool kit.
- Open Instagram.
- On the top left of the screen tap the plus sign on top of your profile picture.
- Select the camera option.
- Take a selfie or video with your face positioned closer to the left side of the screen.
- Select the “cutout” button on the top of the screen.
- Select Photo.
