An enlisted Soldier wears a coin-shaped U.S. insignia (an officer's is cut-out brass letters) on the right collar tip of the jacket, and an insignia of his career specialty on the left collar tip, with nothing worn on the lapel. The career specialty insignia itself is the same design as thaOnlt of an officer, except produced in relief upon a coin-shaped brass base. An enlisted Soldier will wear the rank patch on his upper sleeves. The uniform trousers are plain green with no black stripe, and the jacket sleeve also has no black band near the cuff. An enlisted Soldier's beret will not have his rank on it.
