Full Biography

Staff Sgt. John Nunn is a race walker in the U.S. Army's World Class Athlete Program. A 2004 Olympian, Nunn won the 50-kilometer race at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials to earn a spot on Team USA for the London Olympic Games. He will attempt to double in the 20-kilometer race walk. Nunn is 5-time U.S. National Silver Medalist and has qualified for seven U.S. World Teams. Nunn was first exposed to race walking as a youngster by members of his family who participated in the sport.
