U.S. Army Engineers and Navy Seabees set the backdrop for a disaster search dog training on a rubble pile July 15. The Soldiers and Sailors spent the summer constructing buildings at the National Disaster Search Dog Foundation's National Training Center (NTC) in Santa Paula, Calif. The NTC is the first facility of its kind in the United States for training canine disaster search teams.
