Prime minister of Estonia Taavi Roivas praises the American and British governments for their support in financing and constructing Magdaleena Hospital's Amputee Care Center during a speech July 2, 2014, at the center's opening in Tallinn, Estonia. Paratroopers from the 173rd Airborne Brigade, participated in the opening ceremony alongside Roivas as well as dignitaries and troops from Estonia and the United Kingdom. Approximately 600 paratroopers from the 173rd Airborne are in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve to demonstrate America's commitment to NATO obligations and sustain interoperability with allied forces.
