Chef Kelly Conwell cuts cantaloupe while making lime mousse with a candied almond crust, blackberry jelly and tropical fruit compote. Conwell, who is the U.S. National Student Chef of the Year, and currently participating in a culinary exchange program, took a break from her studies to help judge the culinary competition.
