Florence American Cemetery

The Florence American Cemetery is the resting place for 4,402 service memebers and is one of 14 permanent American World War II military cemetery memorials erected on foreign soil by the American Battle Monuments Commission. Located in the rolling tuscan hills, one hour east of Camp Darby, it's open daily to the public from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm except December 25 and January 1.
