Army Reserve nurse delivers baby in rural Uganda

Cage's 19-year-old mother was in an advanced stage of labor when she arrived at the Pajimo Clinic, run by U.S. and East African medical personnel as part of U.S. Army Africa's Natural Fire 10, a humanitarian assistance and disaster response exercise. Watson is a labor and delivery nurse in her civilian occupation and was called upon to deliver the baby boy, who was born healthy and weighing 5.5 lbs about 90 minutes later.
