Sergeant Audie Murphy Club President Sgt. 1st Class Shaun Coker, assisted by his 10-year-old son Connor, plants a yellow rose bush at the Dragoon Wall June 12, 2009, at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. During the ceremony, SAMC members planted two yellow rose bushes, one to symbolize Soldiers deploying in the future and one to represent those who have deployed in the past. Earlier in the week, the club had prepared the area and planted barberry, arborvitae and dwarf maiden grass to represent deployed Soldiers.
