Retired CSM focuses on personal moment of black history

FORT CARSON, Colo.-Retired Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Moore speaks about his brother's murder in the civil rights movement as part of Fort Carson's Black History Month ceremonies. Moore's brother Charles was one of the civil rights workers who was murdered by the Ku Klux Klan. The kidnapping and murder was inspiration for the movie, "Mississippi Burning."
