Voters form a line along some barriers near a polling site in Mosul Jan. 31 during Iraq's provincial elections. Women were hired to search the female voters, who formed a line nearby. The elections spanned from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and what was expected to be a day busy with insurgent activity ended up quiet and uneventful, a rarity in Mosul. (Photo by Pfc.
