General Ham signs Army Healthcare Covenant

Gen. Carter F. Ham, commander, U.S. Army, Europe and 7th Army, signs a Warrior Healthcare Covenant during a Dec. 18 ceremony at the unit's headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany. Gallagher, USAREUR Command Surgeon and Commander, U.S. Army Europe Regional Command, Lt. Gen. Eric B. Schoomaker, the Army Surgeon General, and Spc. Derraivius Strawder, a Wounded Warrior assigned to a Warrior Transition unit in Baumholder, Germany. Strawder signed on behalf of all Warriors in Transition in Europe, acknowledging the pledge the senior leaders made with the signing.
