WHEELER ARMY AIRFIELD, Hawaii - Pfc. Tovia Kenebrew, food service specialist, Headquarters Support Company, 209th Aviation Support Battalion, makes a turkey out of "dead dough" for Thanksgiving Day at the Aviation Dining Facility (DFAC), here, Wednesday, Nov. 19. U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii Soldiers from Wheeler Army Airfield, Schofield Barracks, and Fort Shafter DFACs are honing their culinary and decorative skills for a Thanksgiving Day competition to earn the title "Best Army Dining Facility in Hawaii." The competition will ultimately decide which chefs will represent Hawaii at the Army's national competition at Fort Lee, Va., next year.
