SMA Chandler to Bliss Soldiers: Character, commitment, competence essential to Army Profession

Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III assumes the gunner controls of an Anti-Tank Missile Guided Stryker June 4, 2014, while visiting Soldiers from E Company, 16th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, during training at Fort Bliss, Texas. A former tanker himself, Chandler spent time familiarizing himself on the vehicle, while also taking time to speak with Soldiers about their mission, the Army and their careers.
