SMA visits deployed troops

Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond Chandler III fields questions from U.S. Army Soldiers during a town hall meeting in Kabul, Afghanistan, April 15, 2014. Chandler serves as the senior enlisted adviser to the chief of staff of the U.S. Army, a role that sees him promoting issues pertinent to Soldiers and their families to the Army's senior leadership.
