U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Robert J. Shalz, 139th Airlift Wing, loadmaster, teaches Cameroon Defense Force service members how to load crates on a C-130 using a forklift during Central Accord 14 at the 102 Air Force Base airfield in Douala Cameroon, March 13. The U.S. is working with Host Nation and Partner Nations in order to conduct familiarization in peacekeeping operations, humanitarian disaster response and combating terrorism for a stable and secure Africa.
