A battered leather chair sits unattended atop Camp Victory's Al-Faw Palace, July 27, as a dust storm is in full swing in Baghdad. Dust storms are more prevalent in the area than in years past due to less-than-normal precipitation during Iraq's 2007/2008 wet season, which occurs during the fall and winter months.
