Cabaniss is the MICC deputy to the commander, Gaither is the president of the Society for the Preservation of Historic Fort Sam Houston, Barberena is a project engineer with the Army Corps of Engineers, and Vollmecke is the MICC commanding general. Forsythe is an honorary member of the MICC who served in the Long Barracks in 1939.
